I’m so grateful for the help and support I received! He was super patient, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. Even though I had a ton of questions and requests, he never made me feel like it was too much. OMG! Mr Torrance saved me! HP Pavilion touch screen, it's old and on the bulky side. I still have a CD/DVD player 😒🤣. I had a cracked keyboard, the screen was detaching from the panel, screws had fallen out, the power button was sunken inside the keyboard, it's a touch screen😳... A whole mess. But I refuse to upgrade just yet, money is tight. But he will get you right! 🤣🤪 He restored my entire laptop. It's like NEW! LITERALLY! Actually, better than new. I use my laptop for home and work! So, I truly needed to be made whole again. In one week, I was whole. And it was worth it! BTW! He's also, very inexpensive... I don't quote others pricing because I had issues and it's different for different situations. In the end, he's still better than starting over with new/used, he saves money. I was turned down by others and he was the one that delivered.

I had the pleasure of having my MacBook screen repaired by Mr.Alvin, when I say his work and communication was impeccable I really mean it. My MacBook looks brand new, everything still works, and he really saved me a lot of money. He has the best prices in Memphis. If I could rate this business 10 stars I would! I was extremely please with the laptop repair service by Mr. Alvin Torrance!!!!!! Mr. Torrance is very knowledgeable and his quality service was affordable. He was on point with his estimated completion time. I thought my devices were trashed and ready for disposal. Mr. Torrance assured me that he could bring them back to life. I had a problem with my HP laptop that I attempted to fix myself. Long story short after putting some time in trying I threw in the towel! Alvin knew the problem I was dealing with right fr9m the moment we spoke. He asked what I had done and even notified me of other things I could do to potentially avoid a visit with him. This gentlemen is genuine in every way. You will go to his home in a nice neighborhood and meet him in the garage. You instantly feel at home chatting it up and having conversation about similar interest or broad topics. He eased into computer talk and gave me an idea on what angle he was going to attack my prognosis beleived to plagued my laptop. He called me to let me know what he found wrong prior to moving forward with the work and gained my consent to proceed prior to finishing. He nailed it! Revamped my computer 100%. This thing runs better than new! I un-installed everything and essential swiped my computer in an effort to get it up and running. So, Alvin reinstalled the latest version of Windows. Updated the OS. Set up everything in detail with passwords etc. With information he gathered from me when I dropped it off. He was fair price, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Sitting in his garage I watched he'd him take multiple calls from people having issues such as mine all the way to people having issues with high end gaming computers running various online games. Often giving them solutions to possibly negate the issue and avoid seeing him at all. This struck me as incredibly humble, helpful, and kind spirited. This man is a master in his craft and thoroughly enjoys it. A genius of sorts. Do not waste your time looking around. This guy is the best in Memphis. I am sure of it.

Mr. Alvin was fast, knowledgeable and reasonable. My computer got stuck on that dreadful blue screen but he's a force to be reckoned with in this industry and there's nothing he can't fix in my opinion. Don't go anywhere he's there to repair!
