I appreciate my service with Verizon even more after visiting this Xfinity store. I came in to return some equipment for a family member and the service was slow, the employees were disorganized and lacked motivation/ professionalism. There were 10 people waiting in line and no one to check people in. When someone finally came around asking who arrived first their tablet wasn’t working. So she said “Oh well, y’all just remember your spot in line” and walked away. They did have one person that appeared to be diligently working and know her job but it wasn’t enough…. Overall it was an awful experience, all the customers were very unhappy and we passed the time by commiserating about how bad the service was. When I finally made it through the lady that waited on me smelled like a skunk. I definitely won’t use Xfinity after going through this.

Every time I visit, I notice Assistant Manager Justin working diligently, always friendly, and helpful with a smile on his face. When the store is busy, he's consistently out front, assisting customers and maintaining a positive attitude.Today, even though it wasn’t very busy when I arrived, Justin went above and beyond to help me. While an associate was assisting me, she checked with him about a phone issue I was experiencing. Despite of in the middle of something else at the time, Justin came out promptly and provided top-tier customer service. He made me feel like a valued customer and truly prioritized resolving my issue. Justin’s professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile is truly commendable. He is an asset to the team and sets a standard of excellence that all the associates there should strive to meet. This is the type of customer service that keeps the customers from switching to another company for better service.

Yesterday when I visited the Mobile store, to pay a bill. The customer service was horrible. I went at 6 pm and the door was locked. I waited for the customer service representative. To open the door. She looked at me and started to pull the blinds half way down. I had to knock on the door and a customer whom was in the store, asked her to open the door. She had the worst attitude. She stated at 6 pm they are only doing bill pay. I advised her that’s what I was trying to do. If you’re thinking about working with this company DONT!!!! I will be switching my services.

I live in Montgomery and wanted to ensure I could return my equipment/verify their weekend hours as this was somehow the closest store I could get to with weekend hours . I could not get a hold of anyone for over 20 minutes on the phone or their AI chat. If they could just get a person to answer that would be helpful instead of pushing customers off to their automated system

This is the 2nd time I've been in the store in a month and Evan remembered my name. Evan explained to me how to set up my internet . He even fixed the touch screen on my phone. What Great Customer Service i got from Evan!! Promoted him to General Manager!! 5 STARS

No one even said hello or even acknowledges you when you come into the store. Glad I disconnected after 11 years. It's to expensive on top of it.

My son wanted to have internet services to play Fortnite, like was able to in Ohio, with Spectrum internet, but the service doesn't compare to Spectrum, so he returned the item. A huge let 👎 down.
