I took my computer to Wulf, it was a good decision, I called a few days prior and low and behold I got a phone diagnosis and estimate. Repairs we made and it was returned to me in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the repair, honesty and cost.

If I could give 0 stars I would!
I dropped off our son’s Xbox over a month ago due to a disk being stuck in it. When I dropped it off they mentioned they could get around to it in a week and I responded “that’s fine no rush.” Well when I called back 2 weeks later after not hearing from them they said they were busy and didn’t get around to it- so I asked when I could expect to hear back, he said they would get to it next week and could expect to hear from them then. I didn’t. Repeat this a couple more times. I was extremely patient but it was clear that our small business wasn’t a priority to them. I was told they had corporate projects come in and other things they had to prioritize and since I said “no rush” over a month ago I guess that meant putting us on the back burner constantly and never sticking with their word of getting it done. Now our boys won’t have a fixed Xbox in time for Christmas. It is sad bc I was referred to them to work on it, but they couldn’t even start the project to get it done. I was very patient, kind and continued to give them the benefit of the doubt but after following up 4 different times- the last time me saying “do I just need to pick it up and take it elsewhere” hoping the response would be no and we will get to it immediately, he said “yes I was going to recommend that” Wasted my time, gas and energy for a company that could care less about the small money to be made. And I was willing to pay whatever to get it fixed. I do not ever recommend going to them. They don’t care!!

The guys there are really nice. My graphics card was having issues and they got me in right away. Had my PC back the next day. Price was fair and they got my PC running great again. Also did a great job cleaning it out, looked brand new when I got it back. Will definitely recommend friends to them.

This is a great locally owned business which provides excellent service with an incredibly knowledgeable staff. Josh is exceptionally bright, goes above and beyond in being helpful friendly with a great sense of humor! And all.... at the best prices in town. I’ve used several other “computer guys” over the years and none matches the value and service of Wolff.

I was having some issues with my laptop, and didn't receive the help I needed from the tech people at a local retail chain. A family member suggested that I check out Wulf Computers. I'm so pleased I did! The employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with me as I asked a TON of questions about my computers. He even taught me how to use my external hard drive that I've had forever and never used! I liked that I was able to talk with him and watch as he worked on my computer. Your computer is serviced in the store, they do not send it out to another location. When I realized that I was going to need a new battery for my laptop, Wulf Computers even offered to help me find the best battery at the best price. I will most definitely use this company again!

Unfortunately, due to Microsoft issues and not anything of Wulf’s fault, I wasn’t able to get my computer fixed. But everyone was super helpful and communicative and I would definitely use them again for any computer repair needs.
