Have literally never had a bad experience here. Screening was always easy unless there were lots of people. As long as you do what you need to do and what’s explained in the policies and rules, you won’t have any issues. Food is meh but could be worse! The only real complaint I have is that the phlebotomists should go through a bit more training. Some of them are a bit careless w the blood draws and Ive gotten some painful bruises.

Every single thing from the food to the rooms are the absolute worst of any study place. This place is literally a military bunker. You can't even play video games or connect to VPNs with the WiFi. Also, this place's policies are written to be scummy in every way possible. They WILL WASTE YOUR TIME and you will get excluded from studies or made into a backup automatically multiple times for arriving a few minutes late to screenings or to check-ins. And if you are a backup, you will not get a priority card for your time. Honestly, do not waste your time with this place GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. DO NOT SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU.

This place is AWFUL. They will keep your money and not pay you. They kept $300 for being 15 minutes late. The facility is HORRIBLE. It was almost inhumane to stay there. It's almost like they sucker you into doing a study and then don't want to pay you afterward. I'll never go back. I wish I could leave zero stars. My week's stay there was a horrible experience. They'll also almost trick you into signing things until you realize you signed your life away. Choose any other research clinic.

Place sucks . Don’t pay enough on what we do . Nurses just sit in their eat . Safiya is rude and don’t deserve her position . She has favoritism & would pay her “fav” pay out for PTO when clinic was closed & everyone else had go use their own PTO . Worst job you can work at as a phlebotomist.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is VERY unprofessional. I accidentally made 2 separate accounts because THEY could not find my first account on file, then months later, they said I had 2 accounts and I have to try to convince them that it was their mistake, not mines! Well apparently, it didn’t matter. They banned me for THEM making 2 accounts for me, and I haven’t even done a single study yet. Absolutely disgusting.

Thanks for completely wasting my time, I see now why you have such a low rating…..

Worst place to screen. Drove two hours for a screening appointment for absolutely nothing because they wouldn’t even see me. I was inside the building at 1pm looking for the office and didn’t find them until 1:10pm. Then they tell me I have to reschedule. Are you serious For 10 freaking minutes. They have the audacity to tell me, “well we have a sign for screening”….yea on the SIDE of the building. Which you don’t see when you pull in. And no other signs anywhere else. Complete and utter WASTE of my time and so completely unprofessional. Now I have to drive 2 hours back home for NOTHING. Don’t waste your time with this place. They are useless. There’s a reason they have so many negative reviews.

They say they close at 7 PM, but anytime you call before that (I’m talking HOURS before 7), they send you to an automatic voicemail saying you have reached them after normal business hours. Makes no sense, and when I leave a voicemail, no one returns my calls. Completely unprofessional here.

First of all , phone calls are never answered when you are trying to reach out to them . Calls go straight to voicemail that says you have reached them after normal business hours. Finally , I was scheduled for a screening 5/30 and Uber arrangements were made. Wrong itinerary was given to the driver. Uber then ended up canceling on me because he wasn’t going to drive to my destination which was planned over a week before. I’m extremely disappointed in this situation because I did everything on my part to be ready for the Uber pick up . 😡😡😡
