Unprofessional company...
This company's employees wasted our time for several days, they were unwilling to provide service for our business as we have facilities in several states, argued they couldn't ship items unless shipping and billing address matched. They charged our bank account, then flagged the order and never bothered to email us to inform about the situation, after several days waiting for a tracking number we reached out, just to find out Workwell Technologies has employees (Danielle) who are unwilling to provide solutions and show no care at all, she just kept repeating herself about "Workwell Technologies" unreasonable policy of shipping only and ONLY to billing address. So, Workwell Technologies or Danielle?, asked us to match shipping and billing address in order to ship the items we paid for, and they failed to report the issue to us, the most unreasonable thing we have heard from a company, they offered no alternatives, just a plain negative. It took us days of phone calls, emails and people not having an answer, or not wanting to help, to finally cancel the order and have a refund issued, the lack of professionalism from Workwell Technologies caused our team a set back as we were counting on them meeting their shipping times and counting on their capability to provide the service they offer. We are truly disappointed.

We are a small business that has been using Workwell for almost a year and we have been extremely happy! The system is simple and intuitive, the hardware is sleek and durable, and any questions I have have been answered promptly by their team. Recently, our finger scanner stopped working, and customer service was very helpful! Would definitely make the purchase if you are debating!

They harrassed me as employee after working for this company for 3 years they take sides with certain employees take care of them and the rest they just use them for all the big and hard projects. Wouldn't reccomend anyone who's looking for a fair job opportunity to apply here. The owners here do take care of there employees. They just need to change who manages the shipping department. I talked to Hr and the shipping manager how I was harrassed by a co worker and they just told me they couldn't do anything about it.

Worked here for a year in customer support. Staff is friendly and communicative. Management is very helpful, attentive, and receptive to staff. Company only offers full time employment and the perks of working here are wonderful.

Dont waste your time buying a time clock or time clock service. I have called several times with never an answer back. I have tried the chat service with no help at all. The only ones there are the sales staff to make the sale. I would look ElseWare don' waste your money.

I went to this company to give my interview for one of the positions available there people received me so well and the interview went so good people are very helpful they just treat you were really good and the interview was totally related to my position and the questions asked by them are totally appropriate to the position they provided to me
