Our experience was even better than we hoped! We are not experienced iPhone users, so being part of a learning session was extremely helpful (and the new employee was very an easy learner😎). They explained the answers to our questions and showed us how to use new (and old) options plus how to use our TV and our car with our iPhones! They were personal, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and seemed to enjoy their work. Thank you!

Nathan was very knowledgeable & patient with all my questions and concerns, both in helping me choose the best device for my upgrade when I came in to only browse, AND helping me review all available promotions & discuss how it would affect my bill, so I could make a very well-informed decision. Customer service at this store is honest & excellent, before, during, & after purchase! Ryan was awesome when Nate was busy, & all staff were attentive to new customers, acknowledging them when they came in to let them know about wait time. Nate was super with all my questions about data transfer & using my new device when I came to pick it up also. He even found additional discounts I qualified for on my account & w/accessories. Polite, respectful interactions with all customers

My main Man was not in But all the staff at Vermillion step up to help All the Staff at Vermillion is the Best in the USA !! Bar none I would put them up above any Verizon Unit in the USA!
