I had a laptop motherboard die on me because I tinkered with it trying to get the charge port to work again. Took it here to get it fixed. These guys ordered the same part 3 times from a parts supplier and that supplier either provided a bad part or didn't even send them the part. When I opted to just call it quits and buy a replacement laptop, they offered to move my data over free of charge. Then it turned out the SSDs were also corrupted by the motherboard issue. In the end they tried their best to fix my computer and didn't charge me when things didn't work out. That's integrity and I really appreciate it. I plan on heading here if I ever have another broken device I need repairing. They really care about doing things the right way

Don't even bother with Ubreakifix. Left my computer in with them for a month and they didn't even fix the problem I had (laptop keyboard keys were hard to press down and have them function). Wireless Planet on the other hand? A weekend it took them to fix my problem. Granted, I had a shear stroke of luck that they already had what was needed in house. Regardless, their customer service is on point and they have the bedside manner of that doctor you want to keep as long as possible.

We've been using Wireless Planet for years for repairs to our iPhones and computers. We've never had an issue with any of their repairs. And they've never tried to upsell any unnecessary services. Very honest and reliable.

Called before coming here and they said they purchase old MacBooks. So I headed to the store.

They said they needed to leave it over night and would call me once the background check comes back for the laptop to make sure it’s clear to be purchased from me. No problem.

Called the next morning said they needed more time and gave me a price range they’d be purchasing it for.

I then received a call later in the afternoon being told the report came back clear but they don’t want to buy it anymore given they have a lot of back stock of MacBooks.

Don’t understand why they didn’t just tell me that prior to dropping it off and wasting my time. unprofessional.

Nate and David are the absolute best and held my hand while I reset my whole computer and did me a solid and made me feel really comfortable and didn’t make me feel dumb for a second. Really appreciate their patience and kindness bringing all my computers and phones to them forever.

My first time coming to wireless planet. My smartphone got an error and Verizon nor myself could bypass the error for recovering the system. Verizon suggested that I take it to Wireless planet since they are better suited to diagnose issues with operating systems. I took it in and the gentleman wasn't sure if the system could be recovered with all my data but tried and it worked. I got my phone back with data and working again within a couple of hours. It saved me money rather than making an insurance claim for the phone that is only 1 and half years old. I will definitely go back for any future computer or operating systems. Thank you!

I don’t understand how they can fix this stuff. Phones that are smashed into oblivion they hand back to me like new!!! Love these guys and come only to them!!! You will love them too!
