Rob was great to work with. His work is professional and efficient. He is patient and makes you feel not only like a client but a friend. He also keeps his word and works with integrity. It was an honor to have him bring our vision to life and show us (3D images and videos) what our house could look like with a couple exterior changes. I appreciate his honesty and patience. What a great experience working with Rob. He was creative, fast and just top-notch all the way around. We couldn't be happier with the re-model design for our Master Bedroom and Bath as well as our deck and powder room. He was so patient with our changes and everything was sent to us to review in 3D renderings which really help us get to the end result with more confidence and speed. I would HIGHLY recommend Rob to anyone needing designs, ideas and plans. I was also really pleased with the price of the work and felt it was a Great Value!

Rob has been absolutely awesome! He’s so accommodating and he will be sure to create exactly what you want while making the experience so personable. The 3D videos/ pictures were a huge help in ensuring we liked the layout of our build. 10/10 worth the time and money. Go see him for any of your floor plan needs, you will not be disappointed. I have had a wonderful experience.

Rob Winters did an excellent job with our house plans. He met with us almost immediately. He gathered all of our information and details about the house we wanted. He had our plans done in a mater of days and we were able to make changes to the initial draft with no problem. The house he designed was beautiful and he also did it in 3D technology which was awesome. His rate was very fair compared to other drafters. You will not be disappointed!

When we were having a tough time visualizing many of the details of a large sunroom addition to our home which would affect later phases we planned to add on, Rob at Winter Drafting was recommended to us by a builder to create design plans and a 3D video. Rob was able to come to our house and was excellent in his listening, providing insight, feedback, and most importantly his timeliness and willingness to make sure the end result was exactly what we were looking for.

Winter Drafting has made a huge difference in helping us with our projects and we will definitely use him again.
