Awful service, worst service ever, it is always down, when it is working it is so weak that I am unable to use the internet or stream on my tvs, it causes constant buffering and my cell phone is always trying to connect without success and therefore I am using all of my data instead of utilizing wifi. Windstream is the only internet available on my road so therefore I have no choice in internet carriers and am throwing $94.00 down the drain each month. It's not even worth one star, was only give one so I could post.

If i could rate it less than one star i would. HORRIBLE internet service. customer service standard reply "there's a problem in the area". it's the same horrible service everyday, the exact opposite of high speed.. it's like dial up. worst part is where i live, i'm stuck with it.

cellular hotspot sometimes works better..
