I needed to move back to Reno Nevada to take care of my mom. Wilson Manufacturing knew about the on going problems since I started there. I had to leave earlier than expected and my manager said that everything would be fine. It wasn't till after I got to Reno that they decided that I didn't meet their terms in the employee handbook. This is a multimillion dollar company and they decided not to pay me for five days of vacation.
