I want to make it clear that these folks make outstanding firearms, and I was immediately in love with my handgun from the moment I bought it! However, I did encounter an issue where the handgun I purchased from one of their dealers didn't match the specs listed on the Wilson Combat website. My initial interaction with customer service wasn't ideal—hopefully just a case of bad luck—but after I left my original review, Missy reached out to me and she ensured that the website was updated to reflect the correct specs for the basic build and she was incredibly patient in answering all my questions about that issue and about an upgrade I am interested in, provided a shipping label and reassured me that my gun would be taken care of. I'm very pleased that they turned my experience around, and despite that one unfortunate encounter, I’ll definitely be purchasing from Wilson Combat again and recommending them to friends and family.

I had received a product that had a missing screw. Whether or not I had lost the screw upon opening it or whatever, Wilson Combat still made it right and mailed me the screw. That’s what customer service is all about.

The custom work that Wilson Combat performed on my old Beretta 92FS exceeded my expectations! The action is amazing and it’s exceptionally accurate. The new trigger, decocker only change, and new sights are fantastic.
I also very much appreciate the quality and workmanship of my new Wilson Combat Centurion, having won a recent competition with that superb pistol. Wilson Combat can help a decent shooter become even better.

Wilson Combat is Top Notch! From their products to customer service, they have zero deviation from excellence. It is impressive that this company keeps you in the loop in regards to shipping. What goes on after the sale is just as important as working with one of their sales professionals. My experience with their customer service, not due to a defective product or service at all, was very pleasurable. At no point during the process did I or was I made to feel I was an inconvenience. This company and its employees are as good if not better than their products. This company is a fantastic addition to any one’s list of trusted partners.

I placed an order for about $1,000 at the end of December. I expected delays due to New Years. A week goes by, nothing. Two weeks go by, nothing. I finally called customer service and was told that one of the barrels I ordered had been placed on backorder. Another couple of weeks went by, and I called them again. They said the barrel was in stock, and they would ship my order asap. Order arrived today, 02/13/2023, but was missing 2 of the 3 bolt carrier groups I ordered. I noticed the packing slip showed 2 bolt carrier groups shipped. I called customer service, and they assured me they would send me the bolt carrier group asap. I asked about the 3rd bolt carrier group and was simply told "we don't make that anymore." I explained that it was in stock when I ordered it and was never told anything about this during the other times I spoke with customer service. When I asked why I wasn't receiving this item, again, "we don't make that anymore." I appreciate them sending the item I paid for that they forgot to put in my package, but they did nothing to make it right with the other part of my order that "they don't make anymore." Their products seem to be top notch, but customer service is definitely lacking. I don't think I will order from them again.

I can't say enough good things about Wilson. The whole team is polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I've been informed with regular communication throughout the order/delivery process. Great company and I'm happy to support it. I should also mention that the WCP365 action tune, RMRcc cut is the best carry I've ever had. Special shout out to Missy and Lamar!

Wilson Combat has awesome customer service and great parts! I built a Citadel 1911 using every single part they make for it, and the quality of everything was awesome! I personally can't stand when people give a company a 1 star review when their package was delayed during covid, its NOT THEIR FAULT the shipping company had a delay.

High end 1911 manufacturer. The company makes good stuff however has gone from custom to more production stuff over the years. The customer service is generally a hit or miss. The armor-tuff finish is decent but does wear a lot compared to other 1911 manufacturers. They have made some good innovation in the last few years however I do feel they are juggling too many products at the same time. Nighthawk is the way to go for custom 1911
