I would not trust this company!!! I had gotten a job through them. I worked at that job for 2 weeks and then was fired with no explanation! The employees at Westphal staffing then said they would find me a new job easily and quickly given my good work ethic. I ended up finding my own work within the next 3 days of being fired. I called the company to let them know I had found work and they refuse to speak with me without any explanation. I tried reaching out via email for tax purposes and I got a letter from their lawyer stating I was never able to contact them again. I tried getting an explanation from the lawyer as to why they would not speak to me. I ended up having to contact the IRS to end my employment through them. I have never had this much disrespect from a company in my life, and I work in healthcare.

Westphal Staffing has been a wonderful place to find employment. I met with Liz and she worked diligently to find me a perfect fit. She found a great and flexible position after I had my daughter. Communication between Westphal and the employer are always available. Liz and Rochelle are always available for any concerns or questions that may arise. Working with Liz Hahn at Westphal Staffing was awesome! Liz found me many interviews, all at the minimum compensation we discussed or greater, and I obtained multiple jobs through Liz's hard work. If the job wasn't in my field, Liz would explain what the employer was looking for in the candidates, and ask if I wished to pursue the position. Liz at Westphal Staffing was very professional and she helped me find a job in the field that my degree was in. She was able to negotiate the wage that I wanted and got me in the door of the company faster than if I was to apply in person.
