Store hours online and the hours posted on the door says 730 but it's 737 right now and it's locked. Maybe they should have later hours if they can't unlock by the posted sign.

Paint person was very helpful in mixing up my paint tint. Even though the old Windows 7 computer was not very user friendly. She deserves a raise! (Or at least an upgraded OS to work with).

I've never had a good experience any time I've gone here for anything. Had keys made and only 1 worked. They made me another one which still got stuck. I just went to Home Depot to get another key made which works perfectly.

Nice enough store, and they typically have what I need. Today the store manager stood up front gabbing with an amigo while I poked around the holiday lighting display for at least 6 minutes. I even opened a bag of product, sent a photo to my husband and discussed with him, still no help from this guy or anyone else standing around. I eventually asked if what I had dug through was all the had…. He pointed me to the back corner of the store where the residential version was displayed. I found one box of what I needed, but it wasn’t priced. I got what I needed but the customer service experience was seriously lacking today. The store manager should be setting a better example for his employees.

Wow one of the largest hardware selections I have ever seen! Also really cool you can get your knife sharpened while you wait! Takes less than a minute and the blade is looking brand new.

Little bit on the high side as far as prices go, but had an excellent selection. Was able to get everything I needed in one place. Not very common in the internet age.
And plenty of actual human help there on site. Don't see that much anymore either. Worth a little bit more for all of those perks.
