I've been to several western dental facilities. I felt like I was going into some dungeon of torture each time. Today however was different, the lobby was clean, the equipment looked up to date and the biggest upgrade from my past experiences, is the staff. The front desk staff was very friendly with great customer service skills and the doctor was friendly and engaging. The cutie that took my X rays was very sweet as well. 🤓

I haven't seen a dentist in over 20 years because of the phobias. The staff there that helps me with getting over them. Yolanda especially help me! the greatest dental x-ray technicians! Highly recommend if you have children or is scared of going to the dentist yourself.

My experience with Western Dental and Orthodontics was a disaster from start to finish. I arrived on December 9th, 2024, for my confirmed 9 AM appointment, only to be told by an unwelcoming receptionist that the doctor was unavailable for half the week. Despite my frustration, I had no choice but to reschedule for December 12th. On that day, after waiting two agonizing hours, I was informed that only my X-rays would be taken because the doctor was leaving. The lack of professionalism, complete disregard for patients’ time, and apathetic management made this experience unbearable.
The managers seemed more concerned with their appearance than with addressing customer concerns. It’s clear the staff prioritizes excuses over solutions. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like an inconvenience.

Everyone is so welcoming and very friendly And my son already adores them my appt was to fix a cavity it went really well and pain was only a 2 my dentist was very gentle and made me feel comfortable
