Prejudice and unfriendly. Thought I'd buy something locally but cashier wouldn't honor the price posted on the shelf, then told me to take my business elsewhere when I told him I'd contact the AZDWM. Huge mistake even setting foot in the parking lot.

Went in today for emergency rv repairs. Bought to inline valves because I wasn't sure which one i needed. I told the manager I'll just get both, i can return the one i dont use right. His answer yes.

Well, neither one was usable for the job. returned the parts, and was told store credit.only i said, "Not what I was told."

A local gentleman that was sitting in the shop called the manager, and he told him he had told me store credit only. So basically called me a liar

I would not have even bought them had i have been told that I couldn't return them. Why would anyone. I was not treated rudely unless you call the manager on the phone calling me a liar about what he said rude.

I mean, how often do you need 42 dollars worth of hardware.

Ps, your store credit is on a heat transfer receipt, so im sure it will be all black by the time I use it.

The only reason I go there is because of my buddy Jason that works there. If he wasn't there I'd probably never go in.

EDIT: The day I posted this, I read the reviews first. I will be the first to admit I was reacting off the comments and then posted my review. Yes, in fact I do go in because Jason whom I've known literally my whole life. I have to admit, I have NEVER had a bad experience anytime I have gone in there. All the staff and the infamous "Roy", have always treated me with respect and kindness. I agree 100% that most experiences here would have to do with the attitude of people going in there. I work in retail as well and have a few clients come in and take their bad day out on me. I get it. Totally get it. You get what you give. OH! Also, I must add, when I return stuff I don't give excuses on why the product I purchased didn't work. Nobody wants to hear a long drawn out story. Ha-ha If you go in with an attitude I guarantee you will probably get turned away or ignored. Nobody anywhere wants to deal with someone that argues right off the bat.

Called store-guy answers phone, gave him info on battery I'm looking for, puts me on Hold. After 5 minutes or so, another person comes on the phone to tell me the other guy is busy. I gave him info again, puts me on Hold again. I remembered why I stay away from that place-no such thing as 'customer service' .. !

Roy the owner is a very rude man, he follows customers around falsely accusing them of stealing then causing seens in the middle of the store. He is extremely racist and has denied service to people just for their race. The prices are way too high and seem to only get higher when you check out since they keep the shelves marked at an incorrect price. It's absurd a "business" like this is still open. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Three guys in there and none of them could give me the correct part for plumbing. Pretty disappointed.and none of them asked me what I was therefore I had to approach them and wait for them to quit talking so I can tell him what I was looking for. And one of them was the owner, I was told one of them was his son I guess I don't need my business too bad.

They store is a little high priced, and they only have 1 busy employee working, who really can't help you find things, unless he knows you by name. ‍♀️. I'd go there in a pinch
