0 stars. Just made second trip there because they don't listen, don't care, and don't know what they're doing. This ain't the first time. Last time wasn't even a month ago and the newbie there thought it was funny because she was too sorry to look on a screen to see that another prescription could've been filled. Cvs time. Walmart pharmacy sucks.

They absolutely suck, do not help anybody , my wife is in pain, an wouldn't fill a prescription because it didn't have the hospitals address, an they said, the dr. Couldn't even call. Generally friendly, helpful, and smooth to handle whatever prescriptions need to be filled and whatever medicinal advice needs to be given. This seems to only apply to customers who have no physical handicaps or injuries.

We just finished having a back and forth argument across 7 phone calls trying to get my father's medicine transferred to the local CVS because my father's leg is injured and he struggles to get in and out of the building to get the medicine to deal with the leg pain in the first place.

Each phone call between Walmart Pharmacy and the CVS Pharmacy was just each person claiming the supervisor at the other pharmacy is responsible for handling the transfer.

Given that his prescriptions were previously handled at the Walmart and we would need to their authorization to move it to the next location (CVS) It seems odd that they kept insisting it was CVS that needed to initiate this transfer process.

Perhaps we are wrong on how this process is supposed to go. But given I am trying to handle my own work, when my family most needs a bit of cooperation from the Pharmacy to help somebody who's in a bad spot, it hurts to see them do this to my father.
