My Vitality Bar experience has been simply AMAZING! My only regret was not stepping through those doors sooner. All of the ladies have been phenomenal. Respectful, kind, down to earth, they listen to your needs and help you choose the correct services to get your needs met. They truly want you to have a great experience. I have done IV Therapy, Infrared Sauna with Halo Salt Therapy and most recently the Leg Compression Therapy. The Halo Salt Therapy has been a game changer for me while battling my seasonal allergies and upper respiratory infections this fall/winter. It helps break up my phlegm/mucus and improves my lung function. I’m looking forward to scheduling my first facial soon. I also enjoy the serenity of the sauna. Their rooms are spacious, quiet, exceptionally clean. They both have Bluetooth capabilities and offer you plenty of session time. Get the membership you will NOT regret it! By taking care of myself, I have so much more to offer to others than I do when running on empty. Don’t be nervous like I was and waste precious time…..just walk through those darn doors!
