I own a local business and the folks at Visual Effects & Vinyl Solutions are a blessing to have so close to us to do business with.

They do our t-shirts, polos, business cards, vehicle wraps and decals, vinyl banners and we are always happy with the product and ordering processes. A++++

Placed a simple order for vinyl stickers with them and they asked me to come back in 2 days. I can buy a product that is five times larger with my manufacturer for the same price This guy was going to charge me for this smaller order.

I came back 3 days later and they couldn't find my order. They called the vinyl person and he didn't answer so she told me to come back later...not a time. Just later. I left a note with what I was there for and what I needed. Came back 2 hours later and Found out the guy had come back and left again and he did not make them. When the service girl called again he barked he at her to tell me to come back at 4. I don't think so. I left and said don't worry about it.

Bottom line. Wouldn't go back. Wouldn't recommend them. Not good customer service. If he didn't want to do my order he shouldn't have wasted my time.
