From start to finish, VIP has been amazing. We went to Vernon Hills for my dear daughter's senior photo shoot. We were at the studio for the first half of the session, and went to a forest preserve for some nature shots for the second half. All photographers were awesome. The photos came out gorgeous and when I emailed and called customer service a couple of times, I always had a quick and professional response! Will be ordering more photos soon for a second round and will use them again for the family photo shoot in the future!

My son had his senior pictures taken at the Lemont location. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Tiffany and Laurie were both so professional, helpful, and fun to work with! The pictures were even ready for viewing the next day.
If you are looking to have pictures taken, I highly recommend this studio. They also do both inside and outside photos. Our family will be going back for more pictures in the spring.

My daughter’s beautiful school pictures got wet when USPS delivered them in the recent snow event. I contacted VIP and informed them what happened. I was pleasantly surprised with a whole new package of photos. They atr truly wonderful people.

This company does not respond to any messages after you receive your pictures. I spent $50 which is insane in itself and the magnets I ordered have scratches on them. The quality should be 100% for the price. I’ve reached out 3 times within the past 3 weeks.

Also if you plan to order wait until Black Friday, they send a coupon which I wasn’t aware of.

This is my first time ordering from them and not too great of an experience quality or customer facing. They should offer a partial refund or to send the magnets again, instead they won’t respond at all.

The photographers came to photograph our schools teams, my track team was complemented and the crew of photographers were so kind, they made us feel very special and we even took pictures with the crew themselves. it was a wonderful experience as a student athlete because pictures are very nerve racking sometimes yet they still made us feel so comfortable!

I have 5 kids that they did photos on. Not 1 of them was a good picture. My son is special needs and he wasn’t even looking at them. He was looking into space it looks like and he always looks and smiles at the camera every year. This is the first picture of him and he’s a senior.

They only show a clear version of one proof. With all the new technology, they should be able to share a clear version of all poses so that we can make the best decision. I have sent multiple emails asking for clear versions of all of the shots, and just get ignored. Due to the poor customer service, I will no longer be ordering photos.
