Ever since COVID and they got rid of a lot of employees... their support is trash. They want you to do all the work to figure out your issue and your performance manager is overworked and unresponsive... They crash at the end of the month during critical times. Also, don't bother creating a feature request... they aren't fixing or changing anything to help your business.

I at first had nothing but great things to say about this company until I applied and interviewed for them. The quality of service you get from this company is fantastic for the value. However, don't expect to like who is working behind the scenes for you.

They provide great training opportunities, plus if you attend their vinworx event you have the ability to talk with the people the build and work on the tool. They are great at listening and implementing new features. I just wish I had time to do more pilot programs/projects with their fantastic development team.

The company I work for switched to Vin solutions from Salesforce. This CRM has made my day to day follow up a frustrating burden. It is unable to perform many basic tasks, like copy and paste in texts. The Mobile app is dreadful.. just not user friendly at all.. Software and platform seems years behind Salesforce
