Disappointed with Lack of Support and Integration Challenges

We had high hopes for VinCUE, but unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. The integration process was far more challenging than anticipated, and the support we received from the VinCUE team fell short of expectations.

From the start, it felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, the support team was unresponsive or unable to provide clear solutions to the issues we faced. The lack of guidance made it difficult for us to fully integrate the system into our processes and maximize its potential.

What was even more frustrating was the rigidity of their approach. Instead of working collaboratively to address our unique needs, the company seemed unwilling to adapt or offer meaningful assistance. This made the entire experience unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.

As a dealership that values efficiency and strong partnerships, we expected more from a company that markets itself as a leader in the industry. Unfortunately, VinCUE fell short in delivering the level of service and support we required.
