This company is amazing at customer service! They've answered many questions and supported me beyond the scope of what other companies would have. I ordered some items from them and they actually reached out to me to confirm that what I was purchasing was actually going to accomplish what I wanted to do, and from there they were able to recommend the correct products to buy and also assist in putting everything together. I even contacted them about a different need, and they took the time to assess what I needed to do and went as far as suggesting optimal settings for the media files I was trying to play. I am definitely looking here first the next time I have any sort of media playing needs!

I had purchased a Videotel VP72 4K Media Player to be used in the lobby of our office. Upon loading all of my files, the player would freeze and not advance to the next file. I contacted customer support and within fifteen minutes I had a response. There was much back and forth via email to resolve the issue. Raymond paid very much attention to detail and took time to clarify what I was seeing on my own screen. He even took the time to receive and test the files I was using to ensure that they were valid for the reader.

In the end it was determined to be a problem with the version I was using. He sent detailed instructions to update the player, and the issue was resolved cleanly.

Raymond was professional as well as engaging throughout the problem solving. This was the first time I purchased a Videotel unit, but I would certainly be a repeat customer when the need arises.

One thing I've learned over the years when dealing with companies and their products. While it's great when everything goes flawless from the start, it's even more telling in how they respond to problems, be the big or small. Videotel did just that.

Annually, we operate what we call a ‘Prayer Experience’ which is best described as a temporary art installation. There are many rooms through this audio-guided tour that have different environments, some of which use projection mapping as an element. After running into issues with computer software playback, we chose to find the simplest solution available. We needed one box that just plays a video on a loop reliably. If there were a power outage, it would simply boot back up and do its job without intervention. We are very happy with the reliability, quality, and simplicity of the players we purchased from Videotel Digital. Each unit replaced $1800 in computers and software and have been significantly more reliable and user-friendly.

The product we purchased is the VP71XD but it’s not for our own. We deployed for one of our client and so far it’s been good. Their purpose is to showcase corporate videos and/or marketing materials. One of the good points about this product is that loaded media will be automatically played once the thumb drive is inserted into the player. And not forgetting the seamless transition between videos/photos, with no disruptive overlay displaying. Would definitely recommend to other clients.

We use Videotel units in many of our exhibits to loop video and image files. We currently have several VP70, VP71, HD2600XD, HD2700M units in our displays and even an original DVD unit that has been working for the past eleven years with daily use. The auto-looping on start-up feature is especially valued by our maintenance staff who have to open the museum galleries in the mornings. They know they can turn the power on to the exhibits and not have to “fuss” with the equipment. The reliability and ease of use are strong points to consider when looking for digital video display options. Also, over the years when we have had occasional issues, your technical staff has been very responsive and helpful in finding solutions to our concerns.
