Although I love the work they do. The last two times visiting. The first time they forgot me in a room. The second I was waiting for 5 hours!! When I first started there the manager I met had it running so smoothly in 2020. -

I cannot say enough good things about The Ventavia research group! I am a stay-at-home mom and I have been battling Crohn's disease for eight years & I have been turned down by specialist unable to treat me. A few months ago I saw ad for clinical trials and I thought it's worth a shot so I signed up & the next day I received a phone call regarding the study and so they connected me with the Ventavia group. From my very first phone conversation to even now they have been so compassionate, kind & understanding! Rachel is so sweet, even though I'm not currently in a study she has continued to keep in touch with me. Mercedes was my nurse and she is so sweet everyone took their time to explain the process and how it works. They went over and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with everything, they told me that I could call day or night and that somebody would answer the phone if I had issues or concerns. I would love to do another study with this group! Thank you Fort Worth Ventavia Group!

I was told I would get $100 bucks per day after talking to a representative for a hour to see if I qualified. When I got there and had been there two hours they said I only get $25.00 I did not receive my cash

I've been involved with Ventavia through several clinical trials and they have been the BEST! If you have ANY questions they are happy to answer them. If they don't have an answer they'll get one. The doctors and staff are very professional.
