Complete lack of customer service! Owner Johnny does NOT CARE about customers & never has. He only cares about making a buck & has never stood behind a defective product sold. Complete scam! The two young ladies who used to run the store professionally when it opened years ago were amazing!!! They were friendly & always went the extra mile to please. It's like pulling teeth getting the salespeople to smile or interact! Store is also opening packages of items that are packaged & sold by the manufacture as a 2-pk and selling them separately to make extra money which according to a company rep is "not allowed." Run, don't walk away from this store & buy products at half the price with an actual guarentee instead!

The last few times I have been in there the guy has been pretty short like I was bugging him there is usually people in there laying on the couch just seems a bit unprofessional. Today I bought a flavor I have had in the past got it home and the seal was completely gone…has it been tampered with I don’t know I called there he said oh it’s probably just one we opened so someone could smell it…I know it’s getting harder and harder find help but the prices keep going up it’s just frustrating!!!

I thought that the five Vapes for $25 mystery bag was an awesome deal until I got home and opened the bag and none of the Vapes work well one works besides it doesn't stop working once you hit it it just keeps continuously running and the rest of them don't work at all.. so I called the store and asked if he could do something about it since I was just in there maybe 20 minutes ago and he says no sorry once you leave the store we have nothing to do with it anymore. I get it most places say once you leave the store they won't honor the vape but I know that plenty of gas stations that trade Vapes out because they know you just came in there and they know you're and they understand that they're not cheap and why would you want to spend your money on something that doesn't work so they will just exchange them especially if it's like the same day. I obviously wouldn't try to go there a week after I buy them and say they don't work but 20 minutes after purchasing them maybe a half an hour and all of them don't work! So I wasted $25 not the worst amount of money to have lost but it's still $25 and I definitely don't have that kind of money to just buy a bag of broken Vapes. So I guess I'm just disappointed that they wouldn't exchange me for a new bag since I had just been in there obviously why would I want to open five Vapes in a store and hit all five of them before I walk out of the store I wanted to buy this bag of vapes and make them last me a while,

Started coming here when they first opened. Honestly it's been at least 3 years since I've visited and 5 years since I lived close to them (live in NC now) but this was my "home away from home" because of how chill the environment is. They have places to sit and relax. You can even eat in there.
Editing this quick cause I saw a weird comment. Someone commented saying that the employees sitting on the couch or laying back is unprofessional but I mean, standing all day is hard to do. People deserve to sit while at work, especially if no one is there. ♡
