I went there to get my phone fixed they told me they would have to order the part they would get the part the next Friday or Saturday so I waited till Saturday and called them and the guy told me it still hasn't come in . and made our conversation short told me he was waiting on another customer and hung up the phone . he it is almost a month and not heard from them. Customer service is realy bad at this place. Ended taking my phone somewhere else.

Quick and easy service and dealt with a very nice employee. Respectful, easy to get what you need with zero issues! I usually have people at other replant places trying to get me to buy a million other things or telling me to do things I didn’t come to do. This place did exactly what I wanted and needed and was so polite about it, plus they have GREAT prices. I definitely recommend coming here for any repair/electronic accessory needs!

i came here to buy a phone since i broke mine i didnt have one nor did i have time to look prices up so i couldnt look things up i went in and bought an iphone Xs MAX with 125 gb and when i got home i looked at the information and it says 64gb and i looked at websites for how much and xs max would be at not one single soul is selling them that expensive (360$)even looked up the ones with max storage and they didnt touch 300 and i was looking at mint condition ones too i got this phone back with 85% battery, less storage then advertised and over charged so badly

Fixed my iPhone 14 Pro back glass, glass was loose and my flashlight was melted outwards a little didn’t say anything cause of work traveling situation so my fault on that one, last glass was cheap broke next day without dropping it

What an awesome place! I visited UsaCell when my computer charger broke off in the computer. He had it fixed in 5 mins! Also, when my niece was visiting, her boyfriend's phone screen got cracked and we called around. They offered the best price and the phone was fixed within a couple hours. Great service and I highly recommend this place.
