I graduated from Clerico medical assistant last year. My instructor, Miss E she was great oh my God I love her. But after I graduated, I tried to get a job in medical assistant. They won’t hire me because I don’t speak Spanish. I haven’t found a job yet and it’s been over a year. What did I go to school for?

Steer away from this school. Did I get my training here? Yes! The instructor knows what she’s doing and teaches very well. The administration sucks! I have been waiting to get help putting together a good resume like they promise, job leads also promised and nothing. The clinics in the area don’t want to take the interns from this school which is why you will wait weeks if not months to get placed in a clinic. Don’t even get me started on working with career services. If you think you can go to higher ups for help, don’t. They just brush you off. I paid for this program and they happily will take your money and not hold up their end of the deal. There is another review just like mine. Again my instructor was fantastic but admin sucks as well as the places they place you.. if you decide to take the short route good luck.

Worst place to be certified. I recently started at this school and it was going fine and I was learning fast until they changed my instructor and the replacement instructors ways of teaching were different meaning that the second half of the class that we paid for was just her getting to understand the campus and teaching us things we already did her way which was the “right way” so after graduation I was left confused and scared to go into this field because I felt unprepared and unsure. (I didn’t want to hurt or paralyze anyone) Now I’m still paying them sadly and have nothing to show for it… never took my NHA or even did externship.

LOVE this school. Had such an amazing experience. The staff & my classmates where are vital in this experience. Mrs Edwards is the best teacher ever! She was so motivational and a great support system. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to jump start their careers

Mrs. Pando is an amazing instructor. Her lecture techniques are very easy to follow and are always on point. In lab Mrs. Pando provides detailed explanations and examples for all supplies and instrument use. Mrs Pando is very approachable for questions and loves going above and beyond to make sure we thoroughly understand. With her expertise in the Medical Assistant field, Mrs. Pando leads by example!
What I enjoyed most about the Hands-On training, is lab. By working together and on each other, I have gained knowledge and experience needed to move forward in Medical Assisting.

I'm currently taking the CMA class, so far everything has went smooth, the course is accelerated perfect for some of us that can't take an 8 month course. The staff is friendly and work with you, my classmates and I had the best teacher (Mrs.Candy).

Now we are getting ready for externship, they are doing everything possible to get us to the correct place where we can possibly get hired.

Definitely recommend U.S Colleges (Victorville Campus) they have a couple accelerated courses at the best price.

I would not recommend this school to anyone they don’t work with you when you’re sick or when you’re injured and they don’t have any compassion for anything that you have going on in your personal life I wouldn’t recommend this school to a dog a cat or anybody trying to start their medical journeys go to VVC go elsewhere. This school is not the place and then they place you on sites that you can’t even work at after the fact, they tell you that if you don’t find a site within a week that they’re gonna drop you from the program and every other day, they’re threatening to drop you from the program but they want you to pay for it wouldn’t recommend

They were in such a hurry, to take my money because I paid cash. The agreement was for them to help me find a job. After I graduated they don't know me. They assured me that they would help me find a job. They've only sent me out on three jobs and the physicians were not even what I took schooling for. I graduated the top of my class as a medical assistant. After putting out all that money, you think they'd be happy to help you. They tell me to have patience, it may take over a year to get a job. They sure didn't tell me that when I paid for the class. If they do send you out on a job interview. It will cost you around $120 for your background check on every job interview they send you to. I wrote this message on behalf of the problems my wife had with the school. Well I talked to someone the other day. My wife had an appointment today. They had her call Lady what was going to get her job interviews. She just gave her another computer link. The guy I talked to at the office today sounded more like a used car salesman and then someone would help. I was very upset when I seen my wife cry today. All my wife wants to do is work. The school does not care.
