I've come to this Urgent care so many times and have always had great service. Came in today and everything went smoothly. It wasn't until I left and had to call back to ask for help with my 4 year olds prescription. Michelle the RN answered with so much attitude. Her passive aggressiveness and attitude threw me off that I asked for her name. I never ask for rude customer services names but this time I was just confused and taken back from her. She would only give me her first name and said she's the only Michelle there. Other than Michelle , I've never had any bad experiences here.

This place is better than going to my "primary doctor"! I can get in, get out and get medicine and the care that I need. And I can at least see someone in person and not over some stupid video call. And I don't have to wait forever. With my "primary doctor" I can't even get an appointment with them. Not like I would want to cause I feel irrelevant when I go there, always playing and typing on their stupid little laptops making no eye contact with you, making you feel ignored.

At least with urgent care I feel like I'm being listened to by everyone. They make eye contact and there is not a damn laptop in sight through the process. I've never had a problem with anyone going here. They had one slip up but nobody is perfect and these people are working their butts off all day trying to do what they can.

With all that said I can say I appreciate the work these people do and I will continue to go here whenever I have health issues in the future.

Waiting time is ridiculous!! 3-4 hours just to get checked by the nurse then they tell you to wait outside for another 2-3 hours before you get a room. Then you wait for an hour for the doctor to finally see you. Then 30 minutes to an hour wait for your prescription. They only have 1 doctor. They're the worst Urgent Care waiting I ever had to wait for. Staff is okay. Doctor sucks.

Very rude and didn’t want to hear me at all. Went in for having severe migraines & dizziness and was told “it is because of your cough” what cough Was prescribed medication for a cough when I didn’t even go in for that. Also was told “there’s absolutely no reason why you need a doctors note”. The doctor “Brian Bearie” makes it seem like you are only there for a doctors note and doesn’t want to hear your concerns at all. I’ve never had this experience here before but today was totally different. He definitely needs to be fired for speaking to patients the way he does.

Wasn’t very impressed with my last visit to this urgent care; which is unfortunately as I haven’t had problems here before. The PA came in, briefly looked at me, and seemingly undermined my symptoms I was experiencing at the time, and am still experiencing at the time of writing this (2 days after the fact). He had insinuated that I could have the Flu, but didn’t prescribe me anything that I wasn’t already taking to begin with. He topped it off with a seemingly snarky “I’m sorry you’re sick my friend” followed by a little shrug. They tested me for Covid and the Flu, and they said that my results shouldn’t take long to get back, and whenever I’ve called, I’ve been met with a snarky tone from the front desk receptionist and a very dry tone from whoever I spoke to in the lab department. To top it all off, the wait time was atrocious as there was only one physician working a queue of at least 10-12 patients that needed to be seen. I don’t anticipate me writing this review to get me anywhere, but I just feel that it’s necessary to put this out there.

I went in to get tested after being sick for 5 days. Dr Brian said to help keep cost down he would not test me for anything flue covid etc. and gave me cough medicine. It was a waste of my time. Waste of my co pay. He has no empathy and should not be robbing our insurance for zero help.

Went in a couple weeks ago due to throat pain, I assumed it was strep, they agreed and prescribed me antibiotics. I took them and went back about 2 weeks later which is today 07/13/24 because the throat pain got worse. Couldn't eat, couldn't talk, and my tonsils were swollen. Proceeded to tell who I'm assuming his name is BRIAN BEARIE, that's what the paperwork says because he didn't introduce himself nor was he wearing any identification. He proceeded to ask me if I made an appointment with my primary, I told him that I don't have one anymore(she left so i have to find a new one) and that I haven't had much time to set anything up. He then told me how do you not have 5 mins to make a call? And that I'm full of excuses for saying that I've been very busy recently. On top of being busy, I also did not Want to wait a month for an appointment when i was having trouble eating, drinking, and talking? The pain is bad, I didnt feel the emergency room was necessary but waiting a couple weeks for my primary seemed to long so urgent care seemed like the best bet. So after saying I was full of excuses he Then proceeded to swab my throat and make an inappropriate comment. "Sorry I'm not trying to make you gag but hey you do it better then most." Then told me again to take 5 mins and make an appointment with my primary because other then a swab test there's nothing they can do for me. Doctors wonder why nobody wants to go to them or make time for them but I spent less then 10 mins with him and he had my time wasted, insulted me, and sexualized gag reflex all in that short 10 minute span. This urgent care building is always empty because the doctors are rude, insulting, and gross and heavily push for you to see your primary so it stays empty because they don't actually want to deal with anyone.

Listen. The staff are doing the best they can and we are in the middle of a pandemic, BUT that doesn't excuse the insensitivity. For those who have medical conditions that limit their mobility or ability to stand for prolong periods, they do not care that you are waiting for your transportation to leave (regardles if it is legit medical, government, or private). They will kick you out after 10 minutes even if the waiting room is empty. And no, they don't have chairs or benches outside. Even if the waiting room is full and you have an appointment, you are going to have to tough if out or plead with someone to give you a seat. It is unfortunate but because of the pandemic, they've taken the majority of seats out. So first come, first serve. And no, they will not come outside to let you know you've been called in for your appointment.

They do not care. If you have no car, please plan your transportation ahead (or call ahead even if your appointment is not done) so you don't stand outside in this heat either to leave or go to your appointment. You've been warned.
