OIT Themselves do a good job resolving technical issues- if they are not swamped with support tickets.

However the decision (whoever's it was) to trade Googles seamless and reliable ecosystem for Microsoft's train wreck that is Outlook and Teams... that's a different story. Quick tip- if you need to do something on Outlook, think of the most convoluted way to do it, and then try to do it. It'll likely work. Roll Tide.

If I could give zero stars and a huge sign that says "TURN AROUND DON'T COME HERE" I would.

If you ever actually need tech support, they always tell you to just "turn it off and then turn it back on again. Good luck" and never actually help. IF (and big if) they do give you help, don't ask 2 different people the same question. They absolutely have no idea what they are talking about and will tell you 2 different things. Never fails.

They are literally so bored and are money-hungry that they switched student emails to Outlook which is extremely complicated and is not user friendly. They did not ask students for their opinions nor actually care about the students. I have lost 2 months worth of important emails because of them.

Your best best is just to go to a different school. Alabama ain't it.

Don't expect a timely response of any sort for any tech issues you may have. They'll never get back to you via email and then close your ticket claiming they attempted to knock on your door at the most inconvenient of times ( when you're in class). Mind you they never send a emial saying that they'll be stopping by. When you call them out on it then they just ignore you. I was very patient with them but I've had an isssue that has yet to be resolved since November of 2018
