It’s so nice having good reliable internet finally! We live in a rural area and we’re never able to get good internet. We have now had United fiber for 2 years and have had no issues! The office is always helpful and friendly as well!

Installed since April 17th and really loved its amazing internet service, as it delivers fiber-fueled speeds unlike Optimum (it's just standard cable without fiber here at St Joe). I'm also under the 1 Gig plan.

You can't go wrong with United Fiber! I completely doubt that as a St Joe neighbor, I EXTREMELY recommend it.

I am a 76 year old, fairly new customer of UF and have difficulty navigating the internet or anything electronic. On a routine service call, a representative came to my house to help me, think his name was Chase. Told him I had difficulty processing information and that he needed to speak loudly and slowly. He was so patient with me during his visit. He got my tv's up and running, solved the problem and explained everything I needed to know, and more. I will not forget his professional manner, patience and kindness to me. It was as if he were my grandson. I love him, UF and your customer service. Hope all reps are as thorough as he is. Thank you for your wonderful customer service, as well as your ladies in the office here. I'm a UF customer forever!!

Had a problem and stopped by the office in town. They helped us out and saved the day. Improved upon initial install to protect the fiber cable better. High class installer, great office staff, and customer service.

The prices are too high and they have not issued any type of bill credits to my account due to them messing with m my internet connection after I clearly told them before they even started messing with it that my internet connection was fine and did not need to be messed with and they still have not resolved an issue they said would take 15 minutes in almost a full 24 hours with no updates as to when I would have my internet service back. They charge for 1gb symmetrical what metro net charges for 2gb symmetrical-- if you have the choice I'd definitely go with metronet over this company. Customer service has not been helpful either.

This is absolutely ridiculous when you need internet for work at home.

We are early adopters in St. Joe. The internet is great, never goes down. The TV took getting used to but now we love it. I’ve had to call support a couple of times to clarify how to do something and they have been great.
