1) I have the correct company.
2) For months now each time I use this service I select the option to save my payment information. It NEVER saves it. So really it doesn't matter how many forms of payment you say it saves since it doesn't work. I'd settle for ONE.

Inefficient, poorly designed, unprofessional.
Fortunately I only have one vendor who uses this business payments platform. Unlike other business bill pay services, Unified A/R never saves your payment information. I've entered it dozens of times now and it NEVER recalls it even when I give it a nickname and make the selection to save it. This is nothing but a point where error can be introduced and it takes time.

I have told all of my vendors that I don't like this service and if they use it I will go back to writing bill pay checks from the bank.
