Such an amazing place to try!! Matt was amazing with my daughter who was very quiet and shy, she is 6. Matt was very patient with her but was also able to bring her out of her shell in a way that she was comfortable. Front desk girls were always in the best spirits making it a fun experience from the moment you walk in! Highly highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love this place. Kimberly Joyce Allen was extremely helpful and kind. She personally saw me break my spine and performed Emergency surgery that saved my life. With her help, I completed a full recovery. She also bought me food that one time. Overall great place. Kim makes it the best.

My daughter started jiujitsu classes at Undisputed South in 2020, and the experience has been incredibly positive. With no prior exposure to the sport, she has received excellent coaching from Keith and Matt. On a personal note, I embarked on a health transformation journey with Matt, Kate, and Maren. Their guidance has been instrumental in my weight loss and strength training, significantly aiding my battle with social anxiety. The atmosphere is vibrant and supportive, making each workout thoroughly enjoyable. The recent addition of multiple weekly fitness classes is an excellent enhancement to their offerings. If you are looking to keep your child busy this summer, please check out Undisputed South. Mr. Matt is amazing with the kids, not only has he taught my kids jiu-jitsu, but it has helped them in all aspects of life, especially sports. They are more confident and disciplined. They have met great friends and have become family there. Mr. Matt travels to tournaments to coach your child if you wish to participate in that. It's an amazing experience. I’ve been training Jiu jitsu privately with Coach Matt and over the past month added conditioning training as well. Living in Arivaca, 45 minutes away, has made it challenging but he is always so accommodating. And it is 100% worth my trip.

A month ago he committed to coming to Arivaca to help me build an outreach program for those in my community who are unable to drive into Green Valley to train.

His generosity has been mind blowing. And the Arivaca community has been loving it and are incredibly grateful. My local kids stop me in the market to tell me how much they love it. And to have Coach Matt working with the young men and women in the community to give them a healthy alternative to fill their time is priceless.

Fantastic establishment, with nothing but respect for the staff and trainers. Especially the receptionist, Kimberly Joyce Allen. One afternoon, I wandered into Undisputed, with my car out of gas and my phone dead. Kimberly Allen (who, by the way, received a perfect score on the ACT) showed me nothing but kindness, drove me home, talked me through my break up, and fixed my parents divorce. While nothing could begin to compensate Kim for her actions, a pay raise and a promotion would certainly help.
