Great location, will definitely recommend!
I had an early appointment to get a hitch put on my car. The car was done by the time I had expected. The hitch looks great, looks like it came on the car from the factory. As it was when they first opened on a Wed, Josh, the manager had an opportunity to talk to me while I waited. Very personable, helpful, and impressive with his historical knowledge of the location and its growth. Everything was neat and clean, and well stocked. He made suggestions for additional uses for the hitch and potential future purchases. I would definitely recommend this location and, though I live in Sussex (and hour away), Iwill return on any of my future needs for moving and/or hitch. Well done guys!

This place should have a solid 5 star rating based on the experience I recently had. So I called on a Friday to see if they had propane fill up and if they could top off the tires to my RV. The guy on the phone said he would put in the notes that I would be in the next day and sure enough when I arrived on Saturday they knew exactly who I was. I was immediately waited on and had my propane tank filled by Josh. I also needed air in my tires and was shocked to learn that they were willing to do that for me and let me tell you it wasn’t an easy task. I have these really hard to get to valve stems and they didn’t have the right tool to air me up. Josh called Camping world accross the street to see if they sold the peice I needed and I went and got these valve extensions that he took the time to put on for me. He did all this while being completely mindful of the other customers that were coming and going and he directed his staff in a friendly professional manner to help everyone so that nobody would be waiting. This guy is the person that everyone would kill to have running their business. I tried to offer him a tip and he refused to take it saying he was only doing what you should be doing to provide the customer a good experience. I was floored. You just don’t get this kind of service anywhere anymore. I want to also put a good word in for some of the other people working that day. The guy that initially took my call the previous day was very friendly on the phone and he did do exactly what he said he would by putting down some notes about me coming the next day. The younger gentleman who initially helped me was extremely friendly and was going above and beyond until Josh stepped in and the girl that stayed busy helping customers and doing other assignments. It was clearly a well managed crew on all ends and whoever owns this franchise ought to be very happy with the people in charge because they were just amazing. Keep up the great work guys and gals. You rock!!

I will never ever go to uhaul again, trailer fell apart at the weld and shorted my truck out before Evan picking up the car, sat there for 4 hours and wasted $60 of gas waiting for them to Evan send a tow truck, Never got refunded a cent and they tried charging me another $150 because the tow truck guy brought it to a different place, literally had to switch my card number to prevent them from charging me more, said I could have a free trailer the next day but nope come the next day manager basically told us to f off I will never ever use uhaul again and don't recommend them to anyone unless you want to be stuck on the side of the road wasting time and money.

Two listings on Google. Adding my review here too. Josh is topnotch. Staff is friendly. Storage area is clean, well lit, well managed. No complaints about this place, will continue to use this for my storage needs.

If you're having trouble getting through on their phones, ask the Uhaul call center to leave a message for the location to call you back, that has worked for me.

I'm 81 yrs old the elavator was not working, my items was on the 2nd floor it was not good.my nieces did a great with getting the boxes and containers down the steep stairs, but in all your facility has always been clean and very airy.because of the non working elavator, my move out date was August 31, 2024

Rented a trailer to move some furniture. The staff at the Saukville location was very friendly and accommodating. Equipment worked perfectly and returning it was very easy. Thank you again!
