This is easily the most confusing and janky building on campus. The floor which most people enter on is the fifth, but there is bizarre catwalk like exits on the third and others. All of the interior hallways reek of 1960s. I'd rate it lower but go UCLA engineering.

While severely janky, unmodern, and totally confusing to navigate, Boelter Hall is essential to the undergraduate UCLA engineering experience. Many engineering classes are held there and engineering students will grow to love the building and memorize all of the cool spots, from the Seaslabs to the lower floors where projects take place.

There is usually terrible or non-existent WiFi here which is ironic because it is home to the Computer Science department.
