Dave came out to our place on the King's river last week to install our satellite Internet and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and the entire installation took no time at all. He even took a picture of our dog's rainbow dyed tail ?. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I called there office to set up service the guy I talked to was very helpful and set me up for install the next day. The installer was very professional and explained everything so I could use my service before he left. Great experience will use them for anything else I may need.

The service (?) technician TSC sent was rude, uninformed and confrontational to the point that I felt intimidated. I literally had to ask him to leave! After a prior, unsuccessful service(?) call to my home, Hughes Net assured me that the person to make the next service(?) call had been brought "up to speed". Instead, I was given the worst service I have ever had from any company in my 53 years. Ever! An attempt to call the company was problematic, the manager declining to take the call, as he was "busy". As yet another dissatisfied customer above remarked: "they are scam artists". Beware of this company.

I had them come out and install an antenna on my home last June. Danny and Brad were VERY professional and VERY helpful, as was the person who made my appointment for them to come out. I recommend them if you do decide to cut the cord.
