I called Truly Nolan, for possible rodent. Julio came to my home. First very pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable working with Julio. He did a complete inspection roof, outside and inside. He found a problem I was unaware of. He explained everything to me. He gave me options and explained each one. I felt no pressure to do any of them. Julio has called me, when he said he would. Person in office I first spoke to was also friendly and professional. I am having some work done. When job is complete I will post review. So far highly recommend Truly Nolan.

Jimmy was wonderful in handling my ants problem. I’m a new customer and appreciate the great customer service he provided. Ants appeared suddenly the day after maintenance treatment. Jimmy rearranged some of his appointments to handle the situation immediately. He inspected areas in my home and applied liquid ant bait in certain areas, inside and outside. I saw only two ants the next day. It has been five days and no ants! I’m so happy with the service he has provided and appreciate the opportunity to select monthly maintenance service. My previous pest control company does not provide monthly maintenance service and they do not apply ant bait. Even though Truly Nolen is a little more expensive, they get results. I am very happy with this company and will be switching my business.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and have not yet been granted a refund. Initially, I was not informed that multiple treatments would be required to resolve the issue. Over the course of two months, I repeatedly encountered problems with pests and have had them over numerous times.

I expressed my disappointment to Mark, who initially refused a refund, stating that I had not allowed him to fix the issue. I agreed to a follow-up visit, during which I’m seeing spiderwebs in our light fixtures, as well as an excessive amount of powder on the floor and doormats. This powder poses a health risk to our pets and ourselves, as it is harmful if inhaled.

Despite sending Mark two emails about these concerns, I have not received a response. Although I did receive a refund for this month, I am requesting a full refund of our initial payment, as clearly stated in your policy. Given that the service was not satisfactory and did not address the issues effectively.

Update: I ran into a situation where they charges me an exorbitant amount of money. It was for a contract which I cancelled. They just pushed and pushed to get that money. After writing a d calling I made it clear I was not responsible.
If found a much lower price for pest control and is right here in Green Valley. Wonderful service, very personable and gets the job done!!!! I’m very pleased with their service.
So don’t waste your time here at Nolan’s. A complete rip off!!!
