I went here to get my back glass fixed on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. They fixed it but messed my flash up where it wouldn’t turn on, not even two days later the back glass broke again & I took it back telling them I needed it replaced & the flash to be fixed. They said okay, & said they fixed it. They don’t fix the flash & when I got my phone back my battery kept dying & would go down to 10% within like 10 minutes of taking it off the charger. I took it to cell phone station & they told me that when Tripple s phones replaced the back glass they cut the battery which caused the battery to swell which is why my back glass broke again the second time & the battery was so swollen it was pushing my screen out. I’m lucky it didn’t blow up on me or mess my whole phone up. I know people make mistakes but they knew they clipped my battery & should've fixed it instead of giving it to me claiming they fixed it & it was ready to go. Wouldn’t come here again. Costed me almost $500 to fix it in total with the back glass & battery repair.

Phone wouldn’t charge and brought it in for a cleaning. They had it cleaned and back to normal in about 10 minutes. Great job and fast service! Will definitely be back!

I dropped my phone and the screen cracked everywhere. I called around for quotes. $189; $159; $139. Then $100 at Triple S. I research their reviews. Very good. Highly recommended. Honest. So I take it in to them. Carmen takes it apart and says “it’s not the screen. Just the protector screen.” Well. How bout that? She cld have strung me along and replaced it for $100. But she didn’t. A $10 replacement screen was all she was gonna charge me. Now that is the perfect example of honesty and integrity in the business world. I strongly recommend going to Triple S. Ask for Carmen. She will do right by you.
