Women in office rude unless your a friend of one of them. Act like you are bothering them if they have to get out of the chair even to take in money. They don't have a parking lot. the area is full of tri-county vehicles.

Most UNDEPENDABLE electric company I have ever dealt with. Almost every week on bright sunny days the power goes out for no reason. It doesn’t happen during severe storms. Granted, the response time is good; but if everything was maintained properly, we wouldn’t have constant power interruptions. When you call, no one answers the phone. Not even any hold music/babble to let you know you are still connected. The line workers are very pleasant and respond quickly; but the electricity should stay on, not be interrupted so frequently.

Terrible, rude customer service with a VERY bad attitude. Tried several different area offices with same result. For a company whose goal is to "serve our members", they sure suck at it.

Unfortunately, I have no choice with who provides my electric, or I would go with another company in a HEARTBEAT. As it is, looks like I'm stuck with these clowns.

Phone line service is awful takes 15 trys to get through without being hung up on . Almost impossible to get a direct line to your area needed
