Stop calling me. Why would you call me more than once for no reason. Also you called at 8PM on a weekday!?!? I get up at 4am for work go to bed around 8-9:30. How inconsiderate of you people to call me THAT late at night. Have some common sense. Thank god I have unknown numbers go straight to voice mail. Spam callers.

Trend Research booked me for a focus group today. I had not received a Zoom link, so called them. Seems I was recruited by accident, and was not let know. Supposedly they phoned to tell me this, but I have no record of their call, and no email. I turned down 2 appointments for this afternoon, one that meant income for me, due to this commitment. Extremely unethical. Now I see why they get such bad reviews.

UPDATE: They DID NOT leave a voicemail or send an email. My phone logs in EVERY call, and there is nothing from this company. And I check my spam folders daily - also nothing. Have filed with the Better Business Bureau, and will be reporting them to the professional organizations they are members of.

I judge their clients more than I judge this company. Potential clients - look at how annoyed we are with this company. Their survey callers are persistent, using a poor call queue answering system that doesn't connect their agent to the person called quickly. Their agents are unable to answer anything that's not on the script - and their script does not contain great information. The surveys contain poor quality questions , including a few leading ones.

Potential clients, be wary of using them for effective market research.

"trend research" called me three times in less than a 24 hour period. that third time when they called, i decided to answer on the sixth ring. i responded with "hello", very politely i might add, no less than five times, but alas, there was no response. what the h? who calls someone with such urgency, and then doesn't reply when the person does answer the phone? well, i have my suspicions about who such a person or persons may be, and what information they would desire to elicit from me, but i will tell you this...NO ETERNAL REWARD WILL FORGIVE US NOW FOR NOT RESPONDING TO A 'HELLO' WHEN SOMEONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! i mean, come on...that's just rude!

Lady on phone started talking Immediately however was well into the conversation and could not tell me what the research questionaire was about.
Thinking it was Fraud or very Shady at the least I asked if I could fill out questionnaire online as I was busy.
First I was told yes and was given the research general website . Then when I asked What Questionaire I was looking for the Lady was very confused and did not understand what I was asking .
I explained a few times to the caller that you just told me I could do the questionnaire online so what am I looking for on your site ?
Since the caller changed her answers and did not seem schooled or trained in what she was doing I asked for a supervisor, no supervision was available .
I asked how they got my private cell number and she could not answer.
I told the caller the entire call seemed very unprofessional or even Fraudulent .
Any Professional Company would not let their Employee Fumble a call to the public with no answers and not sure of what the reason they called for in the first place .When I logged on the site there was no questionaire.
The reviews on the company site are totally Different than the reviews written by the General Public.
The Entire call left me in a creepy uneasy feeling wondering what kind of Scam was trying to be Pulled.
Hopefully Management reviews the Reviews and can do some training basics to their Employees and able to Field Questions on a live call .
Like being to answer ...
What is the research Regarding ?
Or how about , Do a Little Research on what you are trying to research with General Public !
Just a thought after you wasted my time.......
Do People actually get Paid to call like this? ......
