We use Total Graphics at Freedom Firearms for our store merch: hats, t-shirts, and range gear. They are incredible with design work and ship our orders to us. We are even willing to drive over a hour to use them for embroidery on specialty items. Always fast, professional, friendly, and super creative!

We had the privilege of working with Total Graphics to create merch for our church's annual conference. We came in with graphics and a vision and the team at Total Graphics went above and beyond to help us execute that vision! Their whole team worked so hard to get our order completed...hundreds of products! And everything ended up looking SO beautiful! This has been one of the best experiences we've had ordering products with a company and would highly recommend working with them for any need you may have. We will definitely be back. As a matter of fact, we're placing another order already because all our merch SOLD OUT! Thank you Total Graphics!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. By far the worst experience I ever had with a printing company. First off they originally quoted me one price then requested more than double that. Charged me for the same exact logo that I sent them. Then sent me 3 different fonts for my logos. Fine I understand the extra charge for the work. That I can deal with. What should have only taken a week maybe 2 turned into 3 and a half weeks. Not one time did they reach out to me to keep me updated. Every time I reached out to them they were like oh yeah this and that. Told me it was my fault because I didn’t pay til later on which is really their fault because I requested multiple times for access to pay because they claimed I couldn’t pay in person. We’re very rude every time we spoke on the phone. Only when I told them I was trying them out on such a small project to see their quality and professionalism did they tell me they were fast tracking it. I am a very small business up and coming in the Dayton area and don’t have a lot of money to spend but that I support small businesses but after this experience I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I wanted them to complete this and I would have them do all the big projects for me in the future. Only then did they care. So I go up there today to pick up my business cards the lettering for my business number and email and company address is very blurry and foggy and not centered at all. I asked for them to rework them at their expense or to return my money. They refused to do both, and said I accept that they may not be perfect, when they are done. The work they performed for a small business is very shoddy at best. Don’t go there.
