The staff was super friendly and compassionate. PA Curtis was amazing. This was my third time there for Flu and Pneumonia recheck , he checked my X-rays and made decisions that helped me feel better within hours. He walked me through everything going on, made sure I understood and even showed me my X-rays to explain my pneumonia. Highly recommend this site.

Staff was very friendly! My appointment was quick but comprehensive. I did have to wait for a couple hours to be seen, but that’s standard triaging at any facility, and their system was very easy to use. Staff listened attentively and made an excellent effort to ensure that I was comfortable in both the waiting area and exam room. It was convenient to be able to grab my prescription at their location upon discharge. They will be my first choice if I need to visit urgent care in the future.

Always appreciate the care we've gotten here. The wait time can be quite long and sometimes longer than the initial estimate, but that's typical for any urgent care. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Location is clean. Would recommend. Only have 4 stars because i wish it didn't take 3 hours to be seen and get back out.

I had a wonderful experience at Total Access of Lake Saint Louis. I received not so wonderful care at a different urgent care and called Total Access due to ongoing pain. They assured me they could help me right away. I got in quickly & left with exceptional care and my prescription medications! They also were able to answer all my medication questions via phone prior to me arriving which was essential to me as a busy nursing mom! I HIGHLY recommend this location for any medical needs you have; they will definitely ensure your health first!

I had a great experience compared to Wentzville and St. Charles location. This location actually cares… they treated me very well, and kept checking in on me ( I was there for 3 hours ) they were all so kind and so good at their job. Thank you!
