Great service, can’t say it was fast but probably faster than the alternative of the emergency room. Everyone was personable and helpful. There is at least 3 urgent cares on Lindbergh in North County and this is the one I will choose every time. Love that you can make an appointment and the log will tell you when your number is coming up so you don’t have to wait in the waiting room.

My experience was excellent on Sat 02.22.2025
The assigned Nurse Amanda was very professional and user friendly. Amanda saved the day by going above and beyond the call of duty with her knowable expertise in handling my crucial illness; As well as her timely assessment. Time was definitely of the essence in my specific case. She took me straight back and immediately work on me.
Oxygen level was dropping. Gave genuine advice of my next step with my best health interest in mind. Spoke directly to my son and the ambulance staff of the medical status position and reason why it was chosen. Went straight to ER as she stated. We definitely need more *Nurse Amanda in this world today. That take their job position seriously for the patient true benefit toward a favorable ending results. Also demonstrating caring the entire time frame (as if treatment as if I was her mother. Had Nurse Amanda not took her stand if could had been an much different outcome. Because she was the starting point and the point connection to bridge the link for survival. Thanks Amanda whom is an Asset for Total Access Urgent Care. Management Amanda needs a bonus and a raise. She making the company look real good. As she doing it well.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They claim that they take walk-ins, but I showed up over an hour before they closed and was told that I had to schedule an appointment for anorher day. When I came in for my appointment, I waited over 2 hours and still was not seen. Even most emergency rooms at hospitals don't have patients waiting that long! Not to mention the attitudes of most of the staff that I encountered was HORRIBLE! Even the nurse practitioner had a horrible attitude. After witnessing such poor customer care, I left without receiving any treatment. What a waste of time! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Did a great job. Diagnosed the problem and gave me a walking boot to wear. I wish I had gone sooner, because the walking boot gave me mobility. The girl helped me to put it on and I could then walk without pain. Good job! I will definitely go there again. It was very busy so you know a lot of people trust them with their health needs.

Excellent place! Making an appointment was easy and check in was fast. Every caregiver was extremely nice and thoroughly explained cost and options to me. Despite this being the busy season for them, I never felt rushed and I felt like I was being given the best care possible even though it was an urgent care. I will always use them!

We were greeted promptly on our arrival. They took the information they needed and we were put in a room. Had just a short wait and saw the doctor.
The place is clean and much quicker than going to the ER. We will go back there, hopefully not soon.

Facility was very clean and the staff was so pleasant. They were short staff so the Doctor was more than just the Doctor. After telling him why I was there his diagnosis was on point, he didn't waste time or money. My vitals was not in range so he took them and sent someone else in to take them again to make sure. I received excellent care, thank you so much for everything ❤️

I was uncertain about using the facility as it is outside the mainstream healthcare I've used for years. At the moment, this is the best decision I've made all year.

The app was simple to set the appointment, immediate appointment options in the next hour from which to choose, and the location was easily found. But the point of Healthcare is outcome, getting better.

The doc and staff explained what was needed, outlined the steps, and executed well. The attention to detail was high which explains start to finish in 90 minutes. The doc checked the pharmacy hours to ensure i could get the antibiotics that evening. Having been ill for 2 weeks, i want interested in waiting one or two days for the pharmacy to reopen.

It has been less that 24 hours later, but i am positive this is behind me. I could not recommend any medical staff more highly. This is what "real healthcare" used to be. It's good to see it still remains.
