I visited my local urgent care in Festus last night 4.1.25 concerned that I might be having a heart attack. I am a woman age 44 and I was having a lot of the symptoms and extreme pain and my upper back in between my shoulder blades radiating down my arms, and at times my hands would go numb. My symptoms came about very sudden and did not go away in a 24hr period. I am not one to go to the ER or urgent care very often.

I walked in and quietly told the woman at the front desk my concerns. She immediately took me back into a room and arranged an EKG. It came back fine thank God. They also decided to do some x-rays to rule everything else out. It seems the final diagnosis was I had pulled a muscle probably while spring cleaning. I am still in a lot of pain, but at least I got the peace of mind I needed.

I feel it’s very important in situations like I experienced that you are treated with empathy and compassion. This office went above and beyond. I am pretty sure every single person had a little part in taking care of me.

They’ve made me feel like home and comforted me when I was worried.

I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs it.

Today, I am grateful to be alive.

The best urgent care experience I have ever had! I was out of town for work and ended up needing checked out for hives. I checked in online and was in and out in less than 40 mins. I don’t have insurance and $150 covered my entire visit and steroid shot! Very efficient and great service. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I’ve had to take a couple of my kids to Festus’ TAUC over the years and we’ve had the same level of quality care and kindness every time. They’ve been reliable to say the least. What that means to a mother is beyond words. Four stars because a part of me wishes urgent care centers would offer a holistic perspective too.

The best care received from any urgent care or ER than before. All staff were extremely patient, concerned, knowledgeable, expedient, thorough and kind...I recommend anyone going here before ever thinking of going anywhere else first. Highly impressed of staff and all availability of services at their facility. This is not just any urgent care!

The staff was out standing. I couldn't imagined a better Nurse Practioner. Nancy had the best bedside manor. I knew I loved and trusted her 5 seconds of her entering the room. The support staff and Radiographer were amazing. Hands down 10 of 5 stars!

It was easy to walk in and get set up with an appointment and they have a check in online even I can use. I'm not computer savvy. They were very professional and listened. They were able to help me. Now I just have to get better.
