Always great care and service here. They got me back very quickly, not just for my own health and comfort, but in case I had something contagious to others. And while I just needed some symptomatic care, the staff made sure I wasn’t more serious than we suspected; I appreciate their thoroughness and recommendations for follow-up with my PCP.

I took my wife to Total Acces Urgent Care for symptoms of cold and upper respiratory symptoms that were not resolving after 6 days. They were great. We were seen quickly and the physician who saw and diagnosed her was very thorough. I think everything that was done was very reasonable. My wife was much relieved to find out that she did have pneumonia and that she was not exaggerating her symptoms. With treatment she is now on the mend.

We came here 3/2/25 around 3:45 because my fiance was having an allergic reaction to a medication.

We checked in at the front desk and the girl confirmed he was doing self-pay. She told him he was “tier 2”, they could do fluids, and it would be $250. Then she said they could do a CT scan also and it would be $500. We opted out of the CT scan - why would that be needed for an allergic reaction? But maybe I’m missing something here.

So we wait for about 20 minutes and then she asks, “So how are you going to take care of the $250 today?” …..With a card? The price was never an issue. That was also the third time she had asked about payment. Is selecting “self pay” when checking in online not sufficient?

He just wanted to know what they would be doing for his allergic reaction because they were mainly focused on the fact that he had been vomiting. She was incredibly rude and condescending when he asked what they would be doing. Her whole demeanor while we were there was just off and really unhelpful during a pretty unpleasant time.

While I can’t speak to the quality of the actual providers since we ended up leaving because of this interaction, I hope they are more professional than their front desk staff.

Came in with laceration on my right pinky . They got me right in , and were friendly and compassionate. The nurse Hannah was very helpful and really cared. Dr Goldberg was outstanding he stitched me up , I never felt a thing. Thank you all for making a bad day a little brighter

We have had a great experience here at the Ellisville TAUC location. Unfortunate to have to go to urgent care but something unexpected happened with our teen daughter on a Sunday evening. We made it here half an hour before they closed and they got us in. It turned out that due to a skin issue, she needed a small incision and packing, so, a little impromptu surgery on the spot. Everyone we encountered was so nice, patient, and caring. My daughter was nervous as she is never sick so very little experience other than well visits. They made her so comfortable. Dr Osborn was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. This then needed extended care. We were to return every two days to get the packing changed. Again after three visits, every staff member was so nice and so welcoming. My daughter’s birthday was one of the days we had to come in and Dr Ashley came in the exam room singing happy birthday! So sweet all of them! Can definitely recommend!!!

Never fun to have to be at urgent care but Dr. Schwent, the ENTs and the front desk personnel, all did a great job making it as swift as possible. They were all so professional, kind and took great care of me. I definitely recommend going to them for your Urgent care needs and do the online check in to make things go quicker!

Thank you, and hats off to urgent care in Ellisville. My visits in December and February were pleasant. I was made to feel comfortable, and all the staff were professional. I was greeted by the-beautiful Khanh, who was so sweet and kind. Greg the x- ray technician was patient and helpful during my painful x-ray. Thanks to all the staff for being there when needed.
