Awesome people, helpful, traasparent about price and service; will get it done quickly and all at a reasonable cost. Another plus they’ve upgraded to an automated system where you get a text with a link to a page with a complete description and color hd images of the issue under your vehicle. It looked like oil or another liquid had exploded under my Toyota! After a short call to Top Tech (where they actually answer their phones, and specialize in Toyotas) they agreed to an immediate appointment & urged me to safely travel or tow it. Worried, I drove it in, & the shop people held a very calm, friendly style, throughout my visit. They helped me determine that it wasn't oil, but that I had hit some old road-kill, which looked like an oil spill ! I laughed about it with the gal who helped me -- since I had no recollection of hitting an animal that morning! (They also found a gas leak, and recommended me to my auto dealership shop for further repair.) Even though it's a busy post-Labor Day weekend Tuesday, they fit me in right away and charged me fairly. It is delightful to experience honest, kind hometown customer service. Thank you, Top Tech. I highly recommend this excellent local business.
