This particular company is amazing! MARTEL, Owner of the company is absolutely stellar.
Incredible, customer service.
Very caring and yet so professional. Wise and knowledgeable on the subject.
I advised on what I was looking for and the dangerous issues we were dealing with and he directed me to the right product that would help give us the answers we need.
I can't say enough good about this company.
You cannot go wrong using this company for any drug concern issues. Hard to find a company, nowadays, that cares enough to give extreme personal service and actually take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and HELP you get just what you need. Amazing service and knowledge. Stellar professional company.
Why spend your hard-earned money on other companies that may not be customer service oriented and not be very knowledgeable and you end up wasting money.
Tnscientific does it all. Absolutely beyond belief.

I am so happy and impressed with TN Scientific & especially the high level of customer service! Calen the lab tech helped me when there was a mix up with an order, on a SUNDAY morning of all days he responded to my email and even called me to make sure I was taken care of… This was even on his day off l and still answered my questions helped me get right product for my situation. Calen really went out of his way, above & beyond, to fix an issue that wasn't even their fault with the shipping, and made it more than right, quickly, and again on a Sunday morning when it was his day off! So impressed by Calen and TN Scientific and their extremely high level commitment to customer service and satisfaction!! 👍🏻👍🏻

The product works better than the other kit I bought from dance safe. I didn’t even have to stir the Morris. Also the ceramic dish is amazing and helpful. The customer service is killer, thanks for being a great product and company. Keep it up!

The shipping was very fast and even after notifying the company that half the reagents from each bottle had leaked out. Theyre sending me replacements on Monday. In constrast to the other reviews they have been very GOOD to me!

ALSO I have been having regular phone conversations with the owner via phone within minutes of calling. So the other reviewer was either calling the wrong number or wasnt a real customer of theirs.

I would publish his number here as proof but thats not necessary. Its on their website.

If you have problems do what normal people do. Email him, wait for a response like I did, and he next offered his phonee number so we would talk about resolving my issue. Very simple.

Great products and excellent service. In today's world, you don't have to be a drug user to need to have testing supplies on hard. Everyone knows at least one person they care about who uses it. And since you care, you want to ensure they use Harm Reduction techniques as much as possible.

The reagents are excellent, and the color charts that come with them are fantastic. On top of that, the company owner answered me when I had a question via chat. And it wasn't a quick 1-minute response with them. They spent a full hour speaking to me about all my questions. And mind you, this wasn't on a Tuesday during working hours. It was Saturday.... before Christmas that they took the time to speak with me. Above and beyond. I recommend checking this out. And if you are a person that uses, you NEED to check this company and their products out.

I noticed the 2-star reviewer had issues calling and emailing, but the chat feature worked instantly with me. Based on my experience, I have to assume that their experience was abnormal to how the owner and the rest of the employees run this company.

Give them a shot, and you won't be disappointed. And Jewlz C, if you are reading this, give them another chance, and I bet your experience will be different.

They sent me an entire new order after UPS stole mine, and threw me out of the local UPS store I was having it held at. Very good customer service. The owner called and talked with me, and I even offered to pay for the second package, he just sent it for free now.

According to tracking right now it will be at my office tomorrow (and I KNOW the delivery guy there)

TN Scientific is personally the best drug testing harm reduction company that I have personally used. Above and beyond the fact that its products ship quickly and is high quality, they owner of the company is almost always available to talk to you personally and answer any questions you might have about their products . ( What companies owner does that these days.) I know that they also routinely donate their products to nonprofits Organizations that help the unfortunate and homeless. He also personally goes to the locations that are in the most desperate need and volunteers with various nonprofit organizations and their outreach programs to help support and learn more about how better to adapt the company to better help those in need . Personally myself it makes me feel better knowing that I'm spending my money on products that will end up going to help this company help others in need. TN Scientific gets 5 stars from me.
