This store has become family’s go to! We moved a little further out, but still make the drive. Every time we’ve come in we get greeted with a smile, it doesn’t matter who the associate is! They’ve always made us feel comfortable and highly satisfied with our purchases and service. They are really great at handling our concerns and take their time to make sure we leave happy!

Unfortunately this is the closest location to where we stay, but a few of the associates in this store are not very helpful. My mother and I went to the store to see how to get something resolved and the associate we dealt with was not apologetic for our situation and didn't seem like he wanted to help. Just said contact Customer Care nonchalantly and kind of left it at that. Another associate, tall dark skinned black guy never helps us for some reason. He just stares at us when we come in. He doesn't greet us ever either. And always sitting. I guess this guy is the Manager or something bc managers never do anything, but he could at least greet my mother and I as many times as I know he's seen us in the store.

Let me tell y’all about Mr Henry!! Customer service IMMACULATE!! He was very knowledgeable, patient and he literally could tell me what I wanted before I even said it. He learns you as you’re speaking to u set stand what would fit you best. He needs a RAISE!! If I need anything, I’m coming back here for him!!

I came in to the store because I was having problems with my phone. Henry R greeted me at the door and was able to fix my issue. Make sure you come see Henry and give him a raise ! He is the best!

This T-mobile location is one of the worst! I went in to pay off an old phone twice in store, and each time payment was not accepted. I spoke with Henry one of the store managers and was given a line of bull of why the payment could not be taken. Please be aware of not only the poor customer service, but the lies you are being told when purchasing or being told they are giving you a"free" phone/anything!

I've been a loyal customer to Tmobile for over 12 yrs.
It was a time when you visit a store the techs would trouble shoot your device. Give you solutions for your problem.

Now when the support team that you call into ...tell you take your device into a store since on their end they couldnt fix your problem online so in store someone has more visual or more detail.

"1st Visit"
Had an AmaZing experience with a T Mobile representative by the name of T.
I had phone issues called their customer service and was advice to go into a store.
The troubleshooting was fast and complete in minutes. Stated I only need a stem card after time they go out. And I wished I had got my old stem card. How do I know he destory it.

2nd Visit
The first thing they wanted me to buy a new phone. Not "let me see if we can trouble shoot your device". Is Tmobile messing with our service in order that you have to get a new phone.

If anyone is like me even though info can be transferred you lose your messages.

I was not pleased at the level of customer service. I wonder if the ppl are trained in technical support or just get bonuses for how many phones they sale?
If I were asked would I refer someone the answer is no based on my experience.
