Seeing cellular coverage maps of the Grass Valley area which looked better for T-Mobile than for other providers, I decided to buy a cheap T-Mobile phone and plan to see if I had reception at my home. When I described my plan to Tyler at the Grass Valley T-Mobile store, he informed me that they had no such phone/plan combination, but that I could borrow a test SIM from his store that would allow my phone to be functional in the T-Mobile network for an hour. I used this technique to quickly determine that T-Mobile signal strength is non existent at my home, saving me time and money (thank you Tyler!).

Went in for a damaged phone this morning. The gentleman there was more than helpful. Stayed on the phone with the company wanting the deductible and helped walk me through the process. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I was pleasantly surprised!

This store is amazing they are friendly and they really care about you. They are the complete opposite of Verizon!!!! I will recommend this store to everyone in the Grass Valley area! Great customer service! The best around. And Samantha is an excellent store manager. I've watched her train staff when things were slow (i.e., she doesn't waste any time). T-Mobile is lucky to have her.
