Yikes! Stay away if you need anything w/any sort of urgency!

SETTING THE STAGE: All I needed was full color business checks for my non-profit. Simple? It's been more than a calendar week, since I provided all of my information including Account Details business profile information sheet, 2 different high res formats of my logo in full color, and a font file just in case.

KEY POINT: I opted for Rush shipping because my nonprofit has recently lost their treasurer, and we thought based on a referral from another organization that we do business with that this would be a great option, that was going to be add a great price point, quick and efficient, but alas.... still don't even have a proof for our business checks.

THE PLOT THICKENS:. I've asked specifically/outright asked for an ETA 4X now and the email responses I receive simply glazed over it. I was promised 2-3 business days for getting the checks in hand by paying a fee of course. I will acknowledge that there was a holiday weekend involved. But they had my information since November 27th. I probably won't get anything before December 13th at this point.

SIDE-QUEST: Obviously the fee has nothing to do with the time that it would take to get me a proof, produce the checks, or respond to my emails. Not detailed in the estimate. I guess this is only the ship time for when they give it to the postal service?

THE PROTAGONIST LOSES FAITH: I think it'll be at least another week and a half before I get them in hand. I think at this point I should cut my losses

I thought it was going to be saving money by using a local provider from a referral, but I've only given myself a headache and spending just as much money that I was saving in fees to my bank and lost wages because I had to go to my bank TODAY to get all sorts of cashier's checks printed manually for my vendors and contractors.

ALTERNATE ENDING: Do I become the villain?... Copy and paste this review on every platform I can find. Do I overthink the whole situation and asume that maybe this is personal? Could be my organization is not one that they want to do business with.

12/14/24 UPDATE: Since the 'owner' has no grace or common sense... we had to price out and explore ALL our options, we clearly opted for the local passive aggressive one. Non-profit boards have to watch every 💵 we spend with unknown/un-vettered merchants, even from referrals.

Nov. 26th profile forms faxed (no online submission option provided by your team.) Payment details provided. Artwork e-mailed Nov. 27th by lunchtime.

Numerous email exchanges for a deliberate and specific asks for an ETA 4X. I stopped receiving replies after 3 MISSED promises of a proof were given on Mon Dec 2/Wed Dec 4/& Thu Dec 5th. I posted my initial review before midnight Dec. 6th.

No reply from your team until Dec. 9th, solution attempts varied from 10A we will have 100 checks for you today, 11A, here's your proof, 12P, you can pick up the 100 today and the rest later. Dec. 10th 9A we just printed them all. 415P email/text from my PO BOX where you couriered them over to save face.

It may have been '3 days' for you all when you decided to work on them. Truth is 9 business days from necessary info/15 calendar days w/holiday and weekends. Congratulations! This could have been avoided by clearer timelines/ETAs
