Only 2 Stars? Yes, because it's not exactly a 'company' rather than a driver's issue.
Passing through the Lake Isabella area. Pulled into the French Gulch Marina area to eat a bite in my vehicle before moving on.
The entire parking area is devoid of other vehicles. Plenty of places to park. Then one of your drivers pulls up behind me, not into a parking space, but the passageway through the area. Stops, engine running. And running. And running. For around 40 minutes. Eating his lunch? Who cares? It's a waste of company fuel and it's an affront to others, who are about to enjoy a quiet moment.
I've driven tour buses for a living before and probably would have gotten fired for such annoyances.
Makes me wonder if CA's 'planet-saving' government supports such behavior.

Called to schedule a regular maintenance pump for my septic tank and Todd and Brandon arrived and provided excellent customer service in a timely manner with humor and professionalism. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys and told their office member that I wanted to COMPLIMENT them on exceeding my expectations with their service and that they deserve a thanks from the manager for representing their company in such a positive manner!

Terrible customer service. The driver wouldn't pick up my trash if the lid was slightly open or if my trash can wasn't out in the street. He also expected me to put my trash across the street in front of my neighbors property. He would leave the trash can in the street to where my neighbors had to drive around it, which is where he wanted me to put it. I had to call them numerous times to see why the trash wasn't picked up. It was always something different. I canceled my service with them and they really didn't care. I'm going back to taking my trash to the dump myself. It's free and no aggravation .

Wish I could give no stars. I am closing my account with them due to the incredibly bad service they provide. After 6 years of this service I’m just going to drop the trash at the dump myself for free.. The driver picks up the trash 10% of the time or less. There is always a “reason” and it’s always the customers fault, even if the company told you to do it this way. Never in my life have I had such issues with a trash company. Horrible service and horrible customer service.

This trash service is very unreliable my trash is never picked up I always have to call and they definitely do nothing about it. I just got off the phone with someone who works there and she told me,There’s nothing we can do or offer.

Put in for a quote last week and still haven't even gotten a hey were busy but we'll get to you... what the heck? Why aren't prices included with your companies service list? Sure would simplify things.
