Last week I called The Weather Tech and they sent a technician the same day. My A/C unit is 5 years old and it had quit working. Alfredo was fantastic! He was so thorough. He went beyond the call of duty. He did a deep cleaning of the unit because the vents were all covered with pet dander. He climbed into the attic to check the air ducts and he was able to divert more air into one of the bedrooms, he removed the fence screen surrounding the A/C unit so he could work on it, and then he put everything back together perfectly. Alfredo was not only respectful, polite, clean and well-mannered but he is so knowledgeable and hard working. He called the Lennox HVAC company and was waiting on hold for a long time, to make sure that we had all the info regarding the 411 code that we were getting. It is so refreshing to get such high quality service these days. And the service fee was reasonable. Our A/C works great now, even in this 100 degree weather. This is the best A/C service I've ever had and I've lived in this house for 40 years. I will be calling The Weather Tech company from now on, and I'll tell my friends and family to, as well.
